Alphonse Island Resort: The only hotel on Alphonse Island. Four Seasons Hotels Ltd: A Canadian international luxury, five-star hospitality company. Its properties have been ranked among the top luxury hotels in the world and the company has been named one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" by Fortune magazine every year since the survey's inception in 1998. Islands Development Company are partners with Four Seasons at Desroches Island and in Desroches Foundation. The Desroches resort is now open and running. Four Season also operate a resort at Petite Anse, Mahe.
Green Island Construction Company Limited: In April 2012, Green Island Construction Company Limited (GICC) was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of IDC. The prime object of GICC is to carry on the business of building and civil engineering contractors. Other objects include furniture manufacture, concrete manufacture, property investment, property management and the importation, stock and trade of building materials and equipment.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts: One of the largest hotel brands in the world, founded by Conrad Hilton in 1919. The company targets both business and leisure travellers and operates hotels in major city centres and holiday destinations around the world. In Seychelles, there are three Hilton properties including Labriz Resort and Spa, the only hotel on Silhouette Island. Islands Development Company are partners with Labriz Resort and Spa at Silhouette Island and in Silhouette Foundation. Labriz Resort is situated within a Marine National Park on an island with an exceptional flora and fauna.
Island Conservation Society: ICS owns and manages the Aride Island Nature Reserve, one of the finest nature reserves in the western Indian Ocean. ICS has also signed an agreement with the Islands Development Company to advise and wherever necessary to manage environmental and conservation issues on outer islands under the lease of the IDC. Conservation centres have been established on Alphonse, Desroches, Farquhar and Silhouette with further projects planned. IDC has also supported ICS expeditions to Cosmoledo, Providence, St Pierre and other outer islands.
Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change: Partners with Islands Development Company in four currently active conservation foundations: Alphonse Foundation, Desroches Foundation, Farquhar Foundation and Silhouette Foundation. The Ministry and IDCare also partners in six foundations currently dormant pending implementation of future conservation projects. These are Assumption Foundation, Cosmoledo Foundation, Marie Louise & Desnoeufs Foundation, Platte Foundation, Poivre Foundation, Providence Foundation and Remire & African Banks Foundation.
