Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors of IDC is appointed by the shareholder (Government of Seychelles) to jointly oversee the activities of the company. The Board Of Directors' activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities conferred on it by the Memorandum & Articles of Association. The board members are responsible for the efficient running of IDC to the benefit of the Government and people of Seychelles.
GLENNY SAVYChief Executive Officer/DirectorGlenny Savy graduated in Social and Political Theory at Murdoch University in Australia, with majors in Economics, returning to Seychelles in December 1981. He joined IDC the following year. He holds a pilot license and is an experienced diver. He also serves as Chairman on numerous boards in Seychelles.

ANGELIQUE ANTATDirectorAngelique Antat graduated from the Middlesex University, UK in 2010 with a degree in Business and Business Economics. She pursued a post-graduate degree at Manchester University, UK and graduated with a Master’s degree in Law and Development. For over 11 years, Ms. Antat had been employed by the Ministry of Finance. In 2017 she was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Investment Board. She is the current Advisor to the Minister of Investment, Industry, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Innovation.

DENIS MATATIKENDirector
Denis Matatiken is a public Servant who has been in the Ministry of Environment for the last 23 years where he has occupied various positions. He holds a first degree in Environment Science at the University of Sheffield and a Master’s Degree in Botanical Conservation at the University of Plymouth. UK. Mr Matatiken is presently the Special Advisor to the Minister for Environment, Energy and Climate Change.

WILLY CONFAITDirectorWilly Confait has had a long distinguished career in Public Service and Public Sector from December 1965. He held a number of senior positions including the Chief Executive Officer of Seychelles Licensing Authority, Chief Executive Officer and then Adviser of Seychelles Pension Fund. Mr. Confait serves as Director on a number of Boards.

CHRISTIAN LIONNETDeputy CEO/DirectorChristian Lionnet joined IDC as the new Deputy CEO in 2019. Prior to that, he spent 14 years of his professional career in the Ministry of Land and Housing where he occupied various positions. He formed part of the top management team of the Ministry from 2007 where he occupied the post of Principal Secretary. In 2012, he was appointed as a Minister with the Land and Housing portfolio. Mr. Lionnet has a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.

SHERIN FRANCISDirectorSherin Francis is a Seychellois economist. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Tourism Board, since July 1, 2013. Under her leadership, tourism has increased with specific campaigns targeting markets such as the United Kingdom. Mrs. Francis holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Manchester, UK; and an M.Sc degree in Finance from the University of London International Programmes.

PATRICK LABLACHEDirectorPatrick Lablache is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds an MSC in Urban Land Appraisal from the University of Reading UK (1984) and a BSC in Estate Management from Thames Polytechnic London (1979).
Mr. Lablache works at the Ministry of Habitat, Infrastructure and Land Transport as a Special Advisor and Consultant for Reclamation Works. Mr Lablache is also one of the longest serving Trustees of the Seychelles Islands Foundation. |
ANGELE LEBON
Director
Angele Lebon is a Seychellois employed with the Ministry of Finance as a Financial Controller and seconded to the Seychelles Police Department. She is married with three adult children and resides at Anse Etoile. She has a passion for books and reading, especially on matters of history and world affairs. Mrs. Lebon feels privileged to be able to serve on the IDC Board as a member.
