Kingsgate renovation project moves to new phase

Renovation work at Kingsgate House was completed in late 2016 and work now moves to the front of the building facing Independence Avenue in the centre of Victoria. Work is being carried out by Green Island Construction Company, a subsidiary of IDC. The entire building is receiving a facelift with aluminium cladding on all sides, new doors and windows throughout and retiling of the corridors.
